Hotel Policy
Guaranty Policy:
Credit card is required to guarantee the reservation and payment of the first night as a deposit.
Check In: 2:00 p.m.
Check Out: 12:00 p.m.
Credit Cards Accepted:
Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 48 hours prior day of arrival to avoid charges of one night stay.
No Show Policy:
Deposit is not refundable in case of no show and there is no right for reimbursement.
Extra person Policy:
Extra person in room has a cost. Maximum capacity in room 4 persons.
Children’s Policy:
Children less than 12 years old are free staying with their parents.
Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.
Oversell Policy:
In the event of an oversell situation the Hotel will be responsible for providing alternate accommodations to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT to supply the service contracted.
