Fishing Report

Weekly Fishing Report from September 15th thru 25th, 2008

Weather continues excellent with no wind at all and calm sea. Sea Surface Temperature 84 to 85 Fahrenheit.

Action for Dorado continues almost the same for this period. Yesterday fishermen general comments were schools are not as large as previous week and sizes vary from one day to another. The area is still Bajo Las Boyas North of Coronado Island. 12 Pangas went out from the Oasis which combined produced 36 Dorado between 50 and 19 Pounds and 2 Sailfish one of 120 Pounds and the other 90 Pounds.

One of our guests took part in The Annual Dorado Tournament 2008 produced by Berkley and hosted by Ronnie Kovach which will be televised on Fox Sports West Net on his Fishing Ventures Show. Mrs. Mary Ann Altaffer got the 3rd place by points in the Tournament celebrated September 19th and 20th in Loreto, and fishing with us on the 17th got a 34 pounds Dorado.
